It’s time again for our twice annual Wine Wednesday dinner series. This year we are travelling to the Southern Hemisphere! All seven dinner in the series feature food from culinary regions South of the equator. Chef Steven admits this was a challenging directive. Looking at the menus it would appear he nailed the challenge. This series will sell out. Each meal is $27.50* and comes with three wines paired by owner Josh Wade. Doors open at 5pm, dinner service starts at 6pm.

February 8 - Island of Fiji
Fiji raita (cucumber and carrots)
Fried Taro with Kokoda (like poke but with coconut milk)
